Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11 am. For later check-outs, arrangements are possible - subject to space availability. Please check with the front desk in advance. If a later check-out can not be arranged, you may have your luggage stored in our office until you are ready to leave. Please remember to make arrangements with us beforehand.

Concierge Service
We are more than happy to assist you with more information and reservations for activities, car rentals, restaurants etc.

Our office hours are Monday – Saturday from 8:00 am. -7:00 pm. and Sunday from 9:00 am. -1:00 pm. You can reach us by dialing 0 from your phone.

Safety Deposit Box
It is safe to leave your belongings in your room. However, we do have a safe at the front desk where you can easily, and free of charge, leave any precious belongings, if you'd feel more comfortable not leaving them in your room. Please be aware you can only access your belongings during office hours.

Security
There is no security guard. Please ensure you utilize your own security measures to ensure your belongings or property are protected. The Motel is not responsible for your lost or stolen items.

First Aid
For emergency assistance, in the case of an accident, injury or discomfort, please contact us at the front desk. We have a first aid kit at the front desk and will give immediate assistance or further instructions.
The Community Hospital in Anaconda is located 2 miles from The Vagabond Motel, has 24-hour emergency room.

Electronics

Television, Cable-TV
Your room is equipped with a TV and cable. A list a channels are located inside your room. There are no DVD or VCR devices.

Radio/CD-Player
At this time our rooms are not equipped with media devices. However, feel free to bring a small portable stereo set and be sure to respect the courtesy of all motel guests while you listen. We hope you’ll enjoy listening to your favorite music.


Morning Newspaper
Every day, except Sunday, you can find the “Montana Standard” or the "Anaconda Leader" newspaper at the front desk.


Maid Services & Laundry

•Our aim is to maintain our property, and your room in particular, in a perfect, clean and comfortable condition at all times. Maid service is provided daily.

•Bed linens are replaced once every 3 days during your stay, or sooner if requested.

•If at any time during your stay you need extra towels, extra pillows, flat sheets, or even more cutlery or glassware for your room, please contact us the front desk. For any items deemed damaged or missing from your room at check-out time, there will be a value charge added to your bill.

•Presently there is no laundry room available for guests. The closest dry cleaners are Persnickety Cleaners open Monday through Saturday. For additional information please call 406-563-5858.


Smoking / Non-Smoking
At this time all rooms are non smoking rooms. With the air-conditioning and the filters that hold on to the smoke, we would like to ask you to please not smoke inside your room as a courtesy to those who will be staying in your room after you leave. So if you smoke, we would appreciate it if you would enjoy your cigarette, cigar or pipe while outside.


Telephone, Fax & E-mail Service

Each room is equipped with a telephone and telephone book for the local community and surrounding counties. We have also made you a list of the most important phone numbers for your convenience. On this same phone sheet you will also find detailed instructions on how to place calls or the room extension numbers. You can reach the front desk during office hours by dialing -0-.
We will transfer incoming calls to your room and if you're not in, we will take a message and leave it for you on your front door.

For a small fee customers are allowed to use the motel's fax machine. If you wish to send a fax, we will gladly assist you in sending it for you. You are also welcome to receive incoming faxes. Our fax number is (406) 563-3356.

We have free WiFi Internet. This is a fast DSL connection, and it’s a free service to guests of The Vagabond Motel.

If you have your laptop or other handheld PDA device with you, you can access the Internet through the high-speed Wi-Fi wireless Internet service. Ask the front desk for additional information.

Games
At the front office there’s a corner with a selection of games. Board games, card games, children’s games you name it. These are all free of charge, however we do request you to register what you take, so we may keep track of where these are.


Mail Service
Outgoing mail can be dropped off at the front desk. Stamps can be purchased at the front desk as well. If you need to receive mail when staying with us, please contact us at the front desk for complete address and any other details.


Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Traveler’s checks and ATM cards with a Cirrus or Maestro logo are also accepted. We accept personal checks. Payment by swift transfer is also possible; in this case please contact our front desk for our account details.  Please note that in order to secure a reservation, one must provide a valid credit card number.

We would be happy to change your traveler checks or large bills, providing we have enough cash at the front desk.

Spa Service
We do not have a spa at The Vagabond, but we do work with a licensed massage therapist offering full body cranial sacral massages and reflexology massage. She comes in upon request. Please reserve with a bit of notice at the front desk. Couples massages are also possible; she would enlist the help of another licensed massage therapist
