All rooms have telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, color TV with cable,
bath/shower, towels, hot and cold water, hairdryer, alarm clock/radio, table,
drawers, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers (in hallway). Daily maid service
is provided weekly.
The rooms are complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and coffeemaker.

You may reserve online using the Contacts menu on our website, or by
contacting us via phone, fax or email. Requests for less than 3 nights may be accepted at Owners'
discretion. Please note that in order to secure a reservation, one
must provide a valid credit card number.
Our Reservations Policy
We recommend making reservations well in advance.
You may call, email or fax to authorize a credit card transaction for
deposit; please confirm card#, expiration date, name as it appears on card,
amount to be charged and the security code on the back of the card. Or
provide us with the information when booking online.
We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. Your credit card must be valid for
your booking dates. Payment by bank check (please send by registered airmail
and fax us a copy of the check), or swift transfer is also possible (please
contact us for account details). The deposit will be credited to your
account when it is received. The balance due on your reservation may be paid
at any time during your stay with us.
Your reservation guarantees you the room type reserved, but not the specific
room number. This means the room number on your reservation might be changed
- for another room of the same type and price (or possibly even a free
upgrade to a more expensive one). If you want to reserve a specific room
number and be guaranteed that specific room number only, then you need to
inform us of this (in writing). We will then make sure your room number does
Our Cancellations Policy
If your reservation is cancelled 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to
scheduled arrival date, the cost of your reservation is refundable.
Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival result in forfeiture of
complete reservation fee. Reservations leading to no-shows, incur a 100%
cancellation penalty (all room nights charged including tax).
